The retreat

Come journey with us to the lush Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, where the jungle meets the sea.

We'll move our bodies, explore waterfalls and rainforests, share meals, laugh, rest, and immerse ourselves in the beauty of this extraordinary place.

This isn't just a yoga retreat. It's an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, meet wonderful people, and experience a little adventure along the way.

No need to be an advanced yogi. Just come as you are.

Our home in the jungle

Tierra de Sueños · Playa Chiquita, Costa Rica

Nestled in the tropical rainforest just outside Puerto Viejo, Tierra de Sueños is a beautiful, intimate retreat center surrounded by lush gardens, wildlife, and the sounds of the jungle.

We'll stay in charming tropical casitas, enjoy fresh meals, practice yoga in an open-air setting, and experience the slower rhythms of Caribbean life.

Marybeth has stayed here three times and has a wonderful relationship with the people who make this place so special. This isn't an enormous commercial resort. It's somewhere that feels connected to the land, the culture, and the people.
